Plan of municipal urbanistic ordering of Blanes

Planing of a town of first line of coast and with the existence of disperse  urbanizations.
Placed between the river Tordera and Lloret de Mar, and with an obsolete planing, approved in 1981, by now it has about 39.000 inhabitants.

The urbanistic planing puts special emphasis in the study and the proposals of transformation of the landscape of the area, so much for the protection and in their case the restoration of the open landscape, as in the accesses and the façades of the city and in the proposals of transformation of its urban landscape.
